In this tutorial, I have taught how to install automatic model and texture mods in GTA SA.
I downloaded a mod from gtaall.com. Then, I opened the setup and installed it in GTA SA directory.
Then I played the game. The gameplay is given in the video.

In this tutorial, I have taught how to replace models in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas automatically. There are several websites, from where we can download automatic mods.

Below two websites are mentioned:

Actually, these mods are created by other people. Which they post on these sites. These models are made from CAD (Computer Aided Design) softwares e.g. Autodesk 3d max, Google Sketchup, Blender, and Cinema 4D. If these models are characters then they are rigged. There are many softwares used for rigging. The softwares above can also be used for rigging except for Google Sketchup because it is only used for architecture 3d models.

Then these are 3d model files are converted to the files which the game can understand. The model file of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas is .dff and the texture file is .txd. It’s the first Tutorial so I am just telling a few things. After this, you will learn more things. There are many people on the net which make new mods. Our first aim is to know how to install those mods.

There are different categories of model and texture mods. The main categories are as follows:

1.       Cars

2.       Bikes

3.       Boats

4.       Helicopters

5.       Airplanes

6.       Weapons

7.       Objects

8.       Map

We can’t install map mods automatically. We can only install the other ones. You can download any car model by its brand, model or type. Some Car, Bike, Boat, Helicopter, Airplane, and weapon pack available on the above websites so download these mods and you can automatically install these mods. These mod packs replace all the items i.e. Car packs replace all the cars in the game.

The 3d models are not only used in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. These are also used in other games too but different games have different 3d extensions.

There are many famous weapon packs. The most famous weapon pack is Insanity weapon pack. The weapon pack has HQ models and also replaces other weapons like heat vision goggles. Thanks!
